- Bill delivery, setup and late-night teardown as separate lines — venue strike at midnight is labor, and couples accept it when it's named.
- Add a flower-market fluctuation clause in the notes for events booked months out; peony prices in February are not peony prices in June.
- Invoice weekly corporate accounts monthly with per-delivery lines, and require event balances 14 days before the date — fresh product can't be restocked.
