Terms of use
These terms explain the practical rules for using MintInvoice.
Using the service
You may use MintInvoice to create legitimate business documents for yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent. Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful activity or to create deliberately misleading documents.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking every document before sending it, including names, amounts, tax treatment, payment details, dates and any information required in your jurisdiction. MintInvoice is a document tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice.
Pro licenses
A Pro purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-transferable license to use the Pro features offered with that purchase. License keys may not be resold, publicly shared or used to bypass reasonable activation limits. We may disable keys obtained through fraud, chargebacks or unauthorized distribution.
Availability and liability
We work to keep MintInvoice accurate and available, but the service is provided as-is and may change. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, missed payments, tax errors or business decisions made from documents created with the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
