Invoice data

Names, addresses, line items, prices, notes and uploaded logos are processed in your browser. We do not receive or store the contents of your invoices. Your current draft and license information are stored in your browser's local storage so they can be restored on the same device. Pro users can also choose to save up to 25 clients and the 10 most recent documents on that device. We do not receive those saved records. You can remove the current draft with New invoice, delete individual saved clients or documents, clear the saved workspace from inside the editor, or clear all of this site's browser data.

Payments and licenses

The current public build does not enable checkout or a working license activation service. Pro sales are paused while the Gumroad seller payout, delivery and license flow are verified. When sales open, Gumroad will receive the information a buyer enters during checkout and will handle payment, applicable sales tax, receipt and file delivery under its own privacy policy.

The planned browser-safe Gumroad verification call sends only the Gumroad product ID, the license key a buyer enters and whether the activation-use counter should increase. Gumroad's response can contain purchase information, but MintInvoice will use only the product/key match, use count, and refund, dispute or chargeback state. It will not send invoice contents, client details, line items or logos. This flow will remain disabled until it passes a real test purchase, activation and refund check.

Website analytics

On mintinvoice.app and www.mintinvoice.app, MintInvoice uses first-party funnel analytics to understand whether visitors open the generator, make a first edit, try or complete an export, view the Pro offer, click checkout, or finish or fail license activation. Each event also carries one broad surface label: generator, template, payment kit or other. The endpoint accepts no other analytics fields.

These two labels are written to a Cloudflare Analytics Engine dataset and may be retained there for up to three months. Our function does not write invoice contents, client or business names, amounts, logos, license keys, IP addresses, user agents, referrers, URLs or query strings. Analytics uses no cookies, fingerprint, account identifier or persistent visitor identifier. Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog are not enabled.

The browser sends each event-and-surface pair at most once per page lifetime and sends nothing when Do Not Track is set to 1 (or yes) or Global Privacy Control is enabled. A failed analytics request is not retried and never stops the generator. The resulting aggregates are directional product signals, not evidence of a payment or a fraud-prevention system.

Your choices

You can use the core invoice generator without creating an account. The generator works when analytics is blocked or unavailable and does not use advertising cookies. For privacy questions, email support@mintinvoice.app.
