Refund policy
MintInvoice Pro and paid bundles come with a simple 30-day money-back promise.
30-day refunds
If MintInvoice Pro or a bundle that includes Pro and downloadable files is not right for you, request a refund within 30 days of purchase. The refund covers the full purchase, including the software license and bundled digital files. Include the email address used at checkout and your order number. We may ask for a short description of the problem so we can improve the product, but it is not a condition of the refund.
How to request one
Email support@mintinvoice.app with the subject "Refund request". Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by our payment provider. Processing times can vary by bank or payment method.
After a refund
The refunded Pro license will be disabled, and the license to keep using paid bundle files will end. You can continue using the free invoice generator.
